
The University of the Cordilleras College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences (UC CONAHS) successfully crowned the winners and recognized the awardees of Mr. and Miss Communidad 2026 during one of the highlight events of Communidad 2026. The pageant celebrated excellence, leadership, cultural identity, sustainability, and community engagement among nursing students while showcasing the confidence and talents of future healthcare professionals.


The candidates demonstrated grace, intelligence, creativity, and purpose through various segments of the competition, reflecting the values and advocacy of UC CONAHS in developing compassionate, competent, and socially responsive healthcare professionals. The event also emphasized sustainability awareness and appreciation of Cordilleran culture through themed attire and presentations.


Among the special awardees were Mr. and Miss People’s Choice Mark Joshua Lavapie and Juliana Viktoria Beyer; Best in Production Number awardees Vin Golberg Garcia and Deseree Gooch; Mr. and Miss Photogenic Azriel Fatongkeg and Juliana Viktoria Beyer; Best in Sustainability Attire winners Azriel Fatongkeg and Hannah Lane Paraginog; Best in Cordilleran Attire awardees Ryan Roque and Justinn Maye Rodriguez; and Best in Evening Formal Wear winners Vin Golberg Garcia and Justinn Maye Rodriguez.
Crowned as Mr. Communidad 2026 was Azriel Fatongkeg, with Vin Goldberg Garcia as 1st Runner-up, Cedrich Mark Gabriel Labay as 2nd Runner-up, Keith Lawrence Sison as 3rd Runner-up, Mark Joshua Lavapie as 4th Runner-up, and Ryan Roque as 5th Runner-up.
Meanwhile, Justinn Maye Rodriguez was crowned Miss Communidad 2026, followed by Deseree Gooch as 1st Runner-up, Hannah Lane Paraginog as 2nd Runner-up, Sheen Allyn Dizon as 3rd Runner-up, Juliana Viktoria Beyer as 4th Runner-up, and Chantily Rodriguez as 5th Runner-up.
Through activities such as Mr. and Miss Communidad 2026, UC CONAHS continues to promote student empowerment, cultural appreciation, sustainability awareness, leadership, and holistic development among future healthcare professionals.
