Baguio City, Philippines — April 16–17, 2026

The University of the Cordilleras College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences (UC-CONAHS) proudly recognizes its faculty members who successfully completed the Leadership and Management Program (LAMP), the culminating course in the LEAF–LEAD–LAMP leadership trilogy, held on April 16 and 17, 2026 at the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center Oncology Hall.
Marking a significant milestone, this group forms part of the first batch of LAMP graduates who have completed all three leadership development courses—LEAF, LEAD, and LAMP—demonstrating a strong commitment to professional growth, transformative leadership, and excellence in nursing education.
Serving as staffers for the program were Level III Coordinator Sheila Maria G. Batoon and Program Coordinator Judith A. Layao, whose guidance and leadership contributed to the success of the training. Participating faculty members included Level II Coordinator Nasper P. Anod, along with faculty members Ferdinand C. Tercero and Christian J. Basatan.

The LAMP training focused on enhancing leadership presence, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and the ability to effectively engage and inspire others—key competencies essential for educators, clinical leaders, and community health advocates. Through interactive activities, reflective exercises, and experiential learning sessions, participants were able to strengthen their capacity to lead with purpose and authenticity.
This achievement highlights UC-CONAHS’ continued dedication to faculty development and leadership excellence, reinforcing its role in shaping competent, compassionate, and forward-thinking nursing professionals. By investing in leadership training programs such as the LEAF–LEAD–LAMP trilogy, the college ensures that its educators remain responsive to the evolving demands of healthcare and education.
